...and don't forget regarding the notes, the 10Q goes well beyond 3/31 when they report any new notes, so since the one new note to Asher and the additional $50K drawdown on the FIfe facility(which we don't have to be concerned with until well into 2014), there has been no other new notes opened.

So Berge gets either or both of the credit facilities he's working on now, it's all over as far as convertibles go!!!
