This person is casting a huge net out against several companies that APS sent emails on. Not only the ones highlighted in the press release but as the PR says “several” other companies.

My understanding is that just because a promotion occurred it is not necessarily because the company wanted it. Any stock on any exchange could be a victim of hostile stock activity.

You talking with him about it and the press releases concerned about the stock, it would seem he has been genuinely concerned on how all that happened.

So YES, I am hoping FARE can comment on this action and get it cleared up.

This thing could go on for months and give people plenty of negative things to talk about on the board. Right now it is just an annoying distraction.

Let’s see what FARE has to say about it.
