Nope FFGO would need to do much more than just become SEC compliant, they would also need to find an MM willing to sign off and sell it and that will also never happen. Fact is FFGO is gone, never ever to trade again. Watch for Lumb and Lowenthal to start a new scam in 3 to 6 month, my bet in bio-fuels.
