The reality is they can only dilute 43,081,160 more shares until they hit the 400 million authorized and then they will have to increase the authorized with the state of Delaware.

Did anyone notice the huge amount of restricted shares bringing the float down to a tiny 132 million which is nothing compared to most pennies that have billions in the float.

Doesn't anyone question why a HUGE amount of shares are restricted? If someone wanted to scam and sell shares for their own benefit you wouldn't be restricting that many of them but hey that's just my opinion.
