Why am I being told by AMERITRADE that "MJNA is still on a DTC chill"

Yet others on this board are claiming they bought MJNA today thru TDA ???

What gives??? I just got their reply five mins ago....

What other brokers lifted their chill? We don't have to bash TDA.... Been there done that...

What about the chill, is TDA the only broker will the chill
