whats funny here. the company issues shares at 0.0001 cents to Kipping and Locksmith financial. Then turn around and bought back the shares at 0.04 cents on march 12 2013. Why would u do that?
Personal piggy bank? Raise money and 0.0001 cents per share and use the money to buy back at 0.04 cents?
