It was not stated in the comment I questioned several in progress it was stated several already done and several announced at the same time. I hope they do have several in the future all at once but it's disingenuous to try and apply the expected several in progress to settle to use as proof that in the past Fred has used PRs to announce several settlements in one PR. Fred has never ever done that. There have been 2 companies named but that doesn't satisfy SEVERAL . And if you look at the current PR it only names two. The comment I responded to claimed he likes to NAME several in the PRs. None of what is being posted supports the claim.

I do not for one minute believe if there is another company or more who settled Fred wouldn't list them all by name. The comment the latest of several i believe refers to those we already know about.

anyone who disagrees with me can email Fred and ask him if the PR was announcing 2 new completed settlements or was it announcing more than that.

I sent an email but I doubt I get an answer.
