No, AAPT is not. They are failing miserably, headed into Bankruptcy and a SEC investigation.. They are in multiple DEFAULTS ranging from employee wages, taxes and equipment leases. Appears they are abandoning the Shawnee facility just like they did the previous location. They are basically Gypsies that fleece anyone they can, then move on..
