If Eddie(big if) is able to pull of this acquisition of ARTS by way of PRPM and the plan is a R/S(another if) it won't be just PRPM shareholders going thru the split.


Eddies not going to split PRPM and then add 300+ mil.(whatever it is) Shares to the PRPM O/S......
