Actually, the holding period was over April 30, 2013, which was exactly one year from when the company was last declared a shell company as stated in the 10-Q from April 1, 2013 through July 31, 2013. I would assume that we will see close to 100 million shares in the float over the next month or so.
The game is about to start. Assuming the sequence of events from the government contracts, thereafter government funding from two sources, and the fact the company CEO has a strong status in world politics as an ambassador we should see some very promising results that make the nickel or 50 cents from last year look like a joke.
