Revese Merger or Reverse Takeover ..........

In the past, the comps I was watching or was invested in
usually had a run before or after a Reverse Merger.
This one is interesting with the mathematics and financing structure of the 4 announced properties
+ the idea of Billions of shares ............ LOL
where Mr Frankel is not stupid, or a newbee, so why the billions of shares ?
we shall see ............. I definitely feel Okay by being "in" on this ride ............
