Hi all. Have not been here is awhile. From the price of the stock I can see not much has changed. The company continues to make progress but it is not reflected in the stock price. I can't believe Frank would dilute this anymore at these prices. This has to be the bottom. The stock is almost worthless. Frank has to know that. Why isn't he doing something about it?
