As I understand it, if they do a CUSIP change, only physical shares will get new certs. If there are any phantom shares, they will be toast.

My question is this, is CWRN traded on any foreign exchanges? And if so, what would happen to those shares on the day of the CUSIP change? Assuming that there would be a time gap between clearing.
