If you ask me they are buying up the market. Putting the right players in the right place. The guy who founded McDonalds got rich by buying off himself. Why would you buy off someone else when you can give yourself the money. Think about it.

One is going to do the financing...one will do the consulting.....one is the laboratory...one will supply the seeds...while the other is going to have the supplies. Each company is going to take care of the other company. I believe they will all be their own company in standing...but they will wash each others backs. Giving their sister companies the business and keep the cash flow going.
