Actions Semiconductor Co. (ACTS)

There are plenty of millions in the net assets of this company. I would suggest that they loan some of this money to another good Chinese company like First China Pharmaceutical Group (FCPG) and they strike a deal that benefits both companies. I realize that one company is is in pharmaceuticals and the other is in technology, but there are many conglomerates in the USA that are involved in different fields and do quite well.

All these outstanding shares of ACTS are also creating a problem. The company has been buying back many of these shares, but it would be better to leave the number of shares as they are and use the cash to invest it in a good conpany like FCPG! Anyone who has some idea how to contact the CEO of ACTS directly please post some information along with your view on this suggestion.
