what I know is - the fact that they know they are profitable and they know the reason why their shares are low is due to filing issues - why should they buyout other projects with millions of shares at this price rather then thousands of shares at a higher price- plus they are looking out for their shareholders -

the good msg here is that they are not turning their back on the shareholders - not because they like us (and not that we truly are shareholders) but because they have plans of accusations-which only is fulfilled with a strong share price.

so either way- this stock will go up - for us or for them- end result is a higher share price.
