Navy,

Have you ever started/been involved with starting a company? These things all take time for good reason. To put in perspective in case the answer to my last question was no, have you ever dealt with a regulatory agency (DMV as an example since I'm sure you have a driver's license). Or what about a financial institution to obtain a loan/mortgage? These are not easy things to just make happen and very often the hold up is not on the company but the agency.
