The company has had no problem with that I told you what was explained to me by my sales guy with the company. This was one of the co-founders long before Hangover Joe's came about and it was all resolved years ago. My sales guy said he disclosed it and didn't have to but did because he thought it was the right thing to do. This don't concern me all I care about right now is what is the news that coming that we are to hear about soon. I been checking Google for PR releases everyday.
