PONY SPUR PROPERTY
CARLIN-RAIN TREND, ELKO COUNTY, NEVADA

RMIC Gold staked the Pony Spur and Dike properties are Carlin type sediment-hosted prospects located at the south end of the prolific Carlin Trend. The projects are along trend and south of Newmont's Rain deposit cluster, which includes Rain, Saddle, Emigrant Springs, Railroad, Dark Star, and Tess. The Rain deposit cluster has a combined resource in excess of 5 million ounces in open pit operations and high-grade underground deposits.

The Pony Spur property is situated southeast of Emigrant and Railroad (Newmont and Gold Standard Ventures) and on the western edge of the 1,500,000 ounce Pony Creek gold deposit of Allied Nevada Gold Corporation, the owners of the giant Hycroft gold mine in northern Nevada. Allied Nevada is partner with RMIC Gold on other properties in northern Nevada. The Pony Spur property area sits along a WNW-trending, Rain-parallel fault that intersects the Pony Creek gold deposit area, the Pony Spur Fault. The contact between the hangingwall Webb formation and footwall Devils Gate Limestone (of Devonian age) hosts the bulk of the mineralization in the Rain District. The strong surface mineralization and alteration present at both properties occurs at a stratigraphic interval thought to be 200 to 400 meters above the main productive horizons. This contact, adjacent to graben faults, is the target of the RMIC Gold proposed exploration program. Sage Gold Inc. did some sampling work on the property in 2007 and then drilled one core hole into the footwall of the Pony Spur Fault, which intersected an amazing thickness of breccia rock, which now may possibly considered to be a diatreme breccia, an extremely favorable host for bulk mineable gold mineralization. The Pony Spur claims cover this body and the main fault feeder. The Sage drillhole did not extend far enough north to intersect the feeder fault, but moderate hematization was found throughout the breccia in the hole, an excellent sign of possible gold mineralization further north. Gold mineralization found at the surface has Carlin-style geochemistry (e.g. thallium with gold). Pony Spur offers excellent potential to hold a large, high-grade, bulk-mineable Meikle-subtype CS-style gold deposit.

RMIC Gold controls an interest in the Pony Spur property through Zahav Resources Inc., to explore this exciting project.

Pony Spur
The Pony Spur property is located on the Carlin Trend in Nevada, consisting of 48 lode claims covering
960 acres.
On October 16, 2007 the Company announced the commencement of a diamond drilling program at the
Pony Spur property located on the South Carlin Gold Trend in Nevada. Sage has drilled the first hole of
this four hole program and is awaiting assay results. Once weather permits in the Spring of 2008 the
balance of the program will be completed.
The Pony Spur property is contiguous to Grandview Gold Inc.’s Pony Creek/Elliot Dome property which
hosts a 1.426 million ounce inferred resource (Grandview press release of November 8, 2007).
Grandview (GVX-V) announced (October 10, 2007) that it had intersected 2.18 grams of gold per tonne
(0.64 ounces of gold per short ton) over 36.57 metres (120 ft) on the property.
The Pony Spur property encompasses the Upper Devonian-Lower Mississippian Paleozoic stratigraphy
exposed along the flanks of the Pinon Range Anticline. The upper Devonian Devils Gate Limestone is
composed of medium to thick-bedded, light and dark gray, fine-grained limestone. This unit is
conformably overlain by the Chainman Shale which is a variable sequence of dark gray to black shale,
siltstone, sandstone and conglomerate.
The geological material above relating to Pony Spur has been reviewed by Peter Hubacheck, P. Geo.,
A.P.G.O., P. Geol., A.P.E.G.G.A., of W.A. Hubacheck Consultants Ltd., a qualified person as defined by
NI 43-101 regulations.

returned over the 330 foot wide jasperoid zone range from 30 ppb to 410 ppb and 89 ppb to 3010 ppb
respectively.

Pony Spur
During the year, Sage completed the first hole of a permitted 4 hole program on the Pony Spur property in
Nevada. The Pony Spur property is contiguous to Grandview Gold’s Pony Creek property which has
reported to host an inferred resource of 1.426 million ounces of gold. Grandview (GVX-V) announced
(October 10, 2007) that they had intersected 2.18 grams of gold per tonne over 120 ft on their Pony
Creek Property.
The first hole of the drill program was designed to test a prominent northwest trending jasperoid breccia
zone flanking a major high angle graben structure. Drill hole PS-07-01 was abandoned at a depth of 280
metres (934 feet) after traversing an open space cavity from 275 metres (917 feet) to 278.7 metres (929
feet).
