I thought you had done DD. In your DD, you didn't see any potential? Any type of positive findings from the exploration they've done? I need to explain it to you, when you claim to have done in-depth DD? Oh yeah, your DD found;

- The company has traded since 2006
- They started putting out press releases in 2006
- In February, I'm sure after you looked at everything thoroughly, you forecast a PPS of ".0002 soon".
- More recently you said it will continue to drift lower from .006.
