I think it's good news for the most part but this statement concerns me:

All in all, this has been a good process for both sides and we are now working to complete the definitive agreements and to raise the necessary funding to complete the transaction as soon as possible."

They still need to raise more funding? I thought that's what they have been selling shares for?

Not bashing just my questions.
