Not only is the property at 8310 Hedge Lane Terrace in Seneca for SALE, the property is also on the market for LEASE.
15,000 SF are available for lease, I believe this is the Olson side of the building.
Here is the IMPORTANT part, the lease terms are triple net. That means the tenant (including AAPT) pays the real estate taxes, insurance and maintenance. This is CONSISTENT with what I posted last week.
So.....why hasn't AAPT paid their allocable portion of the now DELINQUENT Year 2012 Real Estate taxes for this property?
As of TODAY, $54,010.19 (including interest) is currently due. The FIRST payment was due December 20, 2012 and the SECOND payment was due May 10, 2013. Per the Johnson County, Kansas on-line record system, NONE of this has been paid.
