To be honost, most of us small investors will see nothing. Gary's remaining common are being converted to preferred D's. He held over a hundred million common. He will get the bulk of it. I am not saying though that there aren't those who were buying in in the subpennies that have a couple million shares themselves.

We are banking on the conversion, to get our cut of the pie. Now hopefully the consulting picks up and we will get more. CDFT's intention is to retain us as preferred owners. They don't want us to liquidate everything. His PR states that he hopes the divy payments will help sway our decision from converting all of our preferreds.

Now the preferreds hold a lot of restrictions too. Someone posted that we could only convert 1 preferred a year to 100,000 common after the first conversion. I for one hope that is true. This way whether someone owns 100 preferreds or someone owns 100,000 preferreds, we will not flood the market with common and gives even the little guys a chance to make just as much profit.
