As far as future dividend payouts, when the refinery comes back on line with the expansion completed, significantly more revenues goes into the company with an increase in processing Bakken oil from the pipeline they partically own.

The future dividend payout looks promising to support a much higher share price in coming quarters from this young company. Good to be in early.
