A better update is that TNC has left the Mitchell Leases from what I hear and Treaty doesn't seem to have any immediate plans to drill somewhere else. Couple that with the avg TX well produces 9 bopd and although Treaty may be in a better position, they are not close to being out of the woods yet. Still a long way to go.
