It is interesting that so many find this stock frustrating.
Yes, the PR's are vague though my thinking is that they (PBLS management) is getting some very solid advice from their lawyers, accountants, PR people etc. and are taking care of the business plan and acquisitions first and foremost. Can you even imagine the DD that needs to be done before they announce a PR of an acquisition? At the same time, I am confident they care about the shareholders as evident of their PR's. We matter to them. Look at the PR's just after Katrina issued by Paul Alonzo.
This is a good man. Louisiana is his home, he cares. He is building a business and telling us what he can now. Come on, his company is on the pink sheets. I'll bet he is more anxious than us to get onto another exchange and end this share price manipulation.
Do you want them to post what you want to hear whether or not they are ready? That would be irresponsible.
PR's have been posted...not a detailed anything (as the audited financials are still being scrutinized hopefully by some pain in the butt they've hired to ensure transparency.)
We have had a PR saying there is a delay in the filing of the closing documents of the ProGas Inc. acquisiton. I'm ok with that. We've been updated on the ProGas acquisition...yes, it is going to take longer. I say, thanks for the update. Take the time you need to get it right.
Why do some on this board think building a solid company should have been completed yesterday? That is not how it goes.
Let PBLS do it's job building a solid profitable company. I'll bet there is alot of paperwork swirling around between the accountants, attorneys, SEC, yada yada yada...
Todays' PR was good news. Cash paid for leasing the 7000 plus acres for exploration with a good shot at pulling out oil.
You are unhappy with the cash deal? You want them to announce a toxic convertible for funding?
Not me. Not for my investment. Been there, done that.
Can you see where I'm going here?
Some of you need to take a deep breath and relax.
Patience.
Read the DD posted by treepeople and powerpole.
Better yet, give the company a call.
