Bottom line Google , can not be trusted. There is no way they did a work around on this patent.. Google finally confessed that there guilty till May 11th ,2013. I am seriously thinking about switching over to BING, because I can't stand people that lie...At least Microsoft admits they infringed, the fact that Google is still in denial is pathetic. I would appeal for the Laches, now that Google confess to past infringement..
