Notice of Late filing indicates the audit is near completion and more news to come before new extended 10Q filing of Monday, May 20th.

I wonder what those other documents will be?

STL Marketing Group,Inc.(OTC: STLK) announces it will delay
its Q1 2013 filing. The Company is expecting the audit report, as well as filing other documents this week. The quarterly report will be filed by the extension deadline.
