Pardon this if already discussed. CANV shares don't have to be sold by the principles at CANV or MJNA; they can just hold onto the majority right (allowing a few to be traded)?? So, if CANV wants to dilute its OS can they do that too and not sell those shares; still keeping the price at or about it's current price...right? Just trying to understand what is possible in the pink world.
