I guess ERHE could potentially farm in to that block if it decided to exercise its 15% rights.



Unless they can get a free ride I don't think they will be farming into something like that anytime soon. I also noticed that no one is rushing to become a partner in our EEZ blocks.

The rest reminds me of speculation I saw years ago.
