I believe from a business standpoint it would best benefit and behoove Iequity corp to give all their profitable MJ related companies to SKTO in order to boost profits and thus share valuation. Anything not profitable should not be absorbed by SKTO and also has no need to go public on its own as Iequity clearly already posesses working capital.
