I agree, he should ungag the TA and let everybody know how many shares did he issue this quarter. By forming a new company he is stating that the old BBDA will be death. What leverage or claim shareholders have to guarantee that they will receive a part of the new company? I said many many times that he has been doing everything through Facebook while moving all the (little) profit into a different company, but people didn't believe me. Now BW said keep buying shares, the more you own of BBDA, the more you will receive in the new company, but there is absolutely no transparency or honesty from the company. This is an absolute shame because shareholders bought the products, spread the word, and now they are left behind.
