There seems no limit to the number of times Ed Marshall can raise false hopes, get a little bump in the share price, suck in some new investor money, then watch the price erode and a few months later play the game all over again. He's been making a real nice living, doing it over and over and over for the last twenty some odd years. He is an expert at keeping the carrot on the stick just out of reach. And 17 yr man thinks he's incompetent.
