I am always concerned, With All Filings. Everyone must be comfortable with what they see, all about choices. There are always two sides to it. As you know, I like the technology and the possibilities are endless. There are some really "BIG PLAYERS" that scoff at someone coming up with a "Great Idea" and position themselves toward achieving their goals and the "Desired Outcome" and those will try to "Buy It" "Stop It" or "Steal It"

M&A Activity is how most companies Grow. I remember when Larry Ellison started "ORACLE" at the time it had a market cap of $2,000.00 and yes that decimal point is correct. It was an Abysmal beginning and I had to overcome several of their shortcomings when we first implemented the use of their Software. They are all called "Start Up's"....I take the same concern with any equity trade.....I am an investor in it for the "Long Term".

I still cannot step away from the fact Mr. McHenry did the same exact thing last year for the 10Q that ended in Feb 2012 it was filed May 15 2012.
