Penny you can only extend a 10Q (Quarterly report) by 5 calendar days and a 10K (Annual report) by 15 calendar days so latest date for March 31st Quarterly statement/report is Monday, May 20th if SNDY files a Notification of Late Filing with OTCMarkets.com before May 15th when the 10Q is due.

Here is a copy of SNDY's last Notification of Late filing. Notice the 5 calendar day extension for a Quarterly report written on this form.
