sting, as much as i admire your optimism, check the date on the 2nd post, how is it possible that these big cap lawyers and accountants that have participated in big cap M&A activity can't get filings done on 2 companies that are so close they can use the same pencil to audit both companies books? That was 6 MONTHS AGO. That information comes straight from IR, along with the first post. Posted by: mariomax

The mmxt/scmi attorneys have lead,completed and participated in big cap m&a activity also the audit will be a CONSOLIDATED 2 year audit, we will at completion be mmxt inclusive of all scmi shares(awaiting opinion letter from auditors). Mario
