Pretty pathetic if you ask me especially since we know that IVTI acquisition was supposed to close on April 30th bringing approx 10 million in revenues to the table. I don't care if the deal gets delayed prior to closing, I think investor's DESERVE to hear such updates and news.

Terrible investor communication in my opinion. I guess I got used to another CEO on another board doing a fantastic job communicating with investors but this is NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
