The schedule K is due July 1st - Except they will have to file an earlier one because of material changes. They have 4 days in most circumstances to file the new form after material changes are made. I am sure the changes are not considered as done until all the legal paperwork has been filed. Regardless I would expect it much earlier than the July 1st date.
