What do you guys make of this? Any connection?

Is the CEO of Latteno Food Corp Mr. Thu Le related to the CEO of GTG Vu Mr. "Andy" Le?

I noticed GTG Inc is now owned by Latteno as indicated on their annual report. I wonder if they are brothers....
