At this point who really cares if it drops after GOOG's reply? All of us who have been around for a long time know the immediate reaction to a GOOG reply, motions denied, granted, etc. It will drop some, but in the end all that really matters is HJJ's RR ruling and then what takes place in the court of appeals. Then for the "real" longs, what happens in future litigation cases and future ventures being spear-headed by Dr. Lang. I just wish I had the time to sell before these dips we know will come and then buy back...I'd be sitting on a lot more shares for the same $ if that were the case...
