Sorry if I may have missed a post or two here, not being able to spend as much time as I am able. . .

As such, I am not sure where the numbers "75 people", "92 million shares x $3.00" numbers come from.

I am a BAM investor and these numbers are fiction knowing what the results of the offering provided B.I.

There were twenty some +/- that subscribed to the offering when it closed in Sept.

The offering price ended up at .75¢ not $3.00. I do not recall the number of shares that were sold, but there was only $325,000.00 +/- raised

Are you able explain why the numbers you provide are not what actually occurred in the offering.
