No report by COB 15th and MJNA will be tier changed to Limited for the 3rd time in 6 months.

That's an executive firing offense, and since investors do not have more than 51%, there's no way to do anything about it. Suck it up or sell it, its just not professional.

Even Facebook and Google brought in experienced professionals to run the company and provide guidance and leadership example to their young founders.
