They did have some positioning along those lines with Phytosphere... Its Hemp only, that could have easily changed.

Then they divested themselves of vertical integration. They kept the name and sold everything else for shares in an unproven company, valuing their Phytosphere assets that they sold at a ridiculous amount.

The sense of this remains to be seen.

Given that, plus that they're calling themselves a 'biotech' firm (with no technology) and are only generating revenues based on CBD, I would say the answer to your question is no.

They have determined that collecting THC related revenues is not appropriate for them at this time, so I highly doubt they plan on investing in the agricultural space for Medical Marijuana.
