Given that, plus that they're calling themselves a 'biotech' firm (with no technology) and are only generating revenues based on CBD, I would say the answer to your question is no.
They have determined that collecting THC related revenues is not appropriate for them at this time, so I highly doubt they plan on investing in the agricultural space for Medical Marijuana.
