Analyzethis, Just thinking out loud but 10 million OS wouldn't allow Snyy to pay Sandy the ".20 per share" that was indicated in the Monday PR. That would be about 300 million shares, and that wouldn't be possible if the OS is only 10 million, unless they're restricted or the OS will be increased or Sandy got a boatload of cash instead of stock.
