I believe they are relying on the dump from scared investors in order to pick up majority shares at .0001.

Either that or they are waiting for no bid so that investors that have no way of selling will be forced to vote yes on the authorized share increase and R/S. Shareholders will have no choice thinking the only way out with any money would be after a R/S.

These guys are criminals, they will figure something out to steal people's money again. Hopefully the SEC will be watching this scam now that they have been reported.
