Rox, Thanks for your question, however computer programmers don't file s-4's, besides your mixing two completely different departments, we want to satisfy the anti-copy-protection crowd, regardless if we think its a nit-pik or not because copy-protection is going to emerge as a viable industry in 2006 and we want the anti-crowd to concede to this reality with a semi-content, state of satisfaction.
