NetWolves bankruptcy plan moves forward

NetWolves Corp. is a step closer to exiting bankruptcy court.
The company sought Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last year, citing ongoing litigation, a series of losses and bad press. On Aug. 30, Judge Paul Glen of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Middle District of Florida signed the order confirming and approving NetWolves’ plan of reorganization, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
NetWolves (Pink Sheets: WOLVQ), a telecommunications and Internet managed services provider based in Tampa, said in a release that the order cancels all outstanding shares of the company’s common stock, as well as Series A, Series B and Series C preferred stock.
