Seeking Answers/Comments:

I spent a huge sum of money on this stock last year during the birthdayslam hype and have been holding all the shares since then.

For more than a year, after reading all the +ve and -ve posts about this stock, the following questions still remain unanswered about this stock:

1. Why, even after the passing of a year, has the management not shown any interest to try the boost the PPS? No SEC filing and/or a PR. At the current price, especially now when the only way is up and even a single +ve PR or SEC filing can easily catapult this stock towards stratosphere.

2. If this company with all its NOLs is such a goldmine then why hasn't it received any interest from any privately owned company wanting to public?

3. Like somebody posted recently, that its not that GOOG and MSFT are merging, so why so much delay?

4. Why would this company, or any company for that matter, engage in the practice of issuing a 'Fake' LOI. And lets say if the LOI was really fake, then why even after almost 9 or so months, nothing, absolutely nothing has happened with this stock, except that the stock is now in a cellar box.

5. If the LOI was really fake, then why would any company like Kooltel agree to become part of such a scam? How does it reflect on the credibility of Kooltel if in future Kooltel decides to engage in another LOI with some other company?

6. Why would a company spend 70k or so in auditing fee just to be able to file its
report literally in the last moment, and then just go silent?

7. What do these sporadic spikes in volume mean? yet the PPS remains unchanged, other than
just causing the bid to appear, albeit, for a short time. As noted by War, for some reason the spikes happen around the middle of the month.

8. Like any other for-profit company in the world, if the management of ASYI can finally start making some money/profit by reverse-merging with some private company, then why it
hasn't done so?

9. I am by no means any technical person who claims to know the ins and outs of the stock
market and as stated earlier just got caught in Birthdayslam hype last year and still holding all the shares, mainly, like all other share holders here, because of the NOLs. Has anyone seen any other stock that eventually did get R/M after such a long hiatus? With
or without NOLs?

10. I have been reading other companies' names for almost a year that are directly or indirectly associated with ASYI, like, AERO-IQ, KoolTel, Birthday Slam, Merus Capital, GCS, MKHD, FRMB etc but still no change in the PPS.

11. Vegas convention is over, GCS's tax filing date came and went but still no change in the PPS.

12. This board still seems to be split whether this stock is really under DTC chill or not? whether the NOLs really hold as much value as touted by the pumpers? Are they really as worthless now as touted by the bashers? Both sides have claimed (i think) to have had the value of those NOLs checked by some experienced accountants.

13. KoolTel's LOI was mentioned the very same day when BDS LOI got terminated, so i think all the investors like me got the idea that the company is really sincerely working to make some deal work out, but then started the long (and still continuing) phase of silence.

14. Both sides support their arguments with filed reports. Other than some person/s present in the BD of more than one company among the companies names listed in # 10, and as stated by War, MKHD has never shown any interest in a R/M with ASYI. I don't see
any other direct link among any of those companies. However, as pointed by Keech/W48/CCargo none of the creditors have asked for the return of their money from ASYI yet, and their silence means that they do expect to see ASYI finally doing a R/M. But again, haven't we all heard that 'time is money', so why so much delay?

Just to be fair with both sides i.e. Keech/W48/CCargo vs War, i have stated both sides opinion in #13.

In April when i went for my yearly visit to H&R block for the preparation of my individual tax return,
the tax lady right away, without even looking at other things, deducted $3000 from my taxes. Those $3000 were the maximum deduction allowed from my accumulated losses from 2 years ago. I asked her how long can i carry forward these losses to which she said: "As long as they exist or i exist". Thinking right away about ASYI and its NOLs, i asked her if the businesses can also do the same, but she told me that she doesn't know much about business rules.

This post is not meant to pump or bash, just trying to get some honest answers/ideas/discussion from both sides? Keech/W48/CCargo/War/Anyone?

Thanks.
