When they're filing disclosures at pinksheets that cost money, why would they let $10 get in the way? Smart peeps might consider that other deals are in the works, otherwise, pump and dumps generally go dark and GDSM hasn't done this.

I will state though, if they come out with a new plan, it's going to have to be verifiable.
