NOBLE is planning to.....

or already has, converted the 'Bibiani North Prospecting License' into a 'Mine Lease' Why do this if they were just staying at the Main Bibiani Pit???

The Bibiani North conversion from a Prospecting License (PL) to a Mining License (ML) is in progress-with preliminary resource modeling and optimizations completed. The conversion is expected to be completed in the March 2013 quarter.

'Bibiani North' anomaly (where Ekom Eya is), is within the 'Bibiani North PL'

Could there be some sort of deal for KAT with NOBLE? We will just have to wait and see...
